OUR MISSION STATEMENT
MW 2 Development Corporation’s mission is to develop, design and build
homes and commercial complexes with a commitment to quality and an
emphasis on value. Our construction expertise and attention to the needs and
budgets of each client ensure you will receive a home you can truly enjoy.
OUR COMPANY
Wayne Smith and Mark Wright founded MW 2 Development Corporation in 1996
to perform residential building. light commercial, and land development. As the
company grew over the years, so did the scope and size of the projects. Current
projects include residential and commercial remodeling, commercial malls and
strip centers, custom and semi-custom homes as well as tract work of up to
400 unit subdivisions. We are currently developing in concert with our Voyager
Homes companies, 300 acres of a 2,100-acre, 3500 unit master planned
community near Showlow, AZ.
OUR CONSTRUCTION TEAM
The construction team offers many years of experience in a variety of trades and
construction disciplines. Wayne Smith, President, has been in construction for
27 years as a framing and General Contractor. Mark Wright,
Secretary/Treasurer has been in construction for over 22 years and is also a
framing, roofing and General Contractor.
Additionally, we own affiliated companies that are licensed to perform land
development; underground utilities, streets and bridges, real estate brokerage,
property management and design/build work, as well as, various subcontractor
trade companies.
